I would not recommend this practice. The staff was kind, but the doctor lacked empathy and basic communication skills. When I asked what my next steps should be, he repeatedly said the issue was “above his pay grade” instead of explaining my options or helping me understand what to do next. Being told I need a tooth extraction without any guidance or reassurance was very distressing, especially as a college student far from home.

My mother had a wonderful experience getting her root canals taken care of. From the front desk staff to Dr. Bernstein, it was great. They were all warm, caring, and accommodating!

I woke up one morning with severe, 10/10 dental pain and my dentist referred me to Haile Endodontics. There were no openings that day so Dr. Bernstein and his staff kept their office open late and donated their time to see me. I spent the whole day in agony but had ZERO pain when I walked out! It was my first root canal and I felt so well taken care of. Dr. Bernstein was experienced and efficient, and the fact that and his staff stayed until almost 9pm that night just to see me was above and beyond. Not just good customer service but he clearly cares about his patients. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Dr.Bernstein. I had to have 3 root canals due to pain after crowns, Dr. Bernstein and his amazing team were so kind and understanding working me in as quickly as possible to resolve my issues. Dr. Bernstein explained what the issue was and what was done during the visit answering all my questions and concerns. His team check on me after every root to make sure I was doing okay. These procedures were rough, but Dr. Bernstein and his amazing team did everything possible to make this experience as pleasant as root canals can be. The office is clean and setup for comfort. You can tell they put their patience first.

Dr. Bernstein and his staff worked me in as an emergency 2 weeks before my scheduled appointment. They validated and sympathized with my pain and were so so kind. Dr. Bernstein worked quickly and efficiently to give me relief and he also explained exactly what he was doing and chatted with me when he could tell is was getting nervous. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a root canal or other care, he truly is the best dentist I’ve been to with such an amazing staff. Every person that I interacted with had wonderful bedside manner and I could tell that they wanted to relieve my pain. To Dr. Bernstein + staff, THANK YOU.
